Telehealth provides natural health treatment from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. To have a telehealth appointment, you must have audio and video capabilities on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
Telehealth may be the best option if you feel too unwell to attend in person or face challenges with transport, work commitments or childcare.
To have a telehealth appointment, you must have audio and video capabilities on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Please note all telehealth consultations require a prepayment to secure your booking. Prices are the same as face-to-face appointments.
At your first telehealth appointment, your senior student practitioner and supervisor will listen to your health concerns and take a comprehensive case history. They will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan. If your appointment is a follow-up appointment, they will discuss your progress against this plan.
All telehealth consultations require a prepayment to secure your booking and are the same price as our face-to-face appointments. Please note that our consultation prices do not include the cost of dispensary items for Naturopathy and Nutrition or the postage fee for delivery. If you are prescribed items from our dispensary, you also have the option to arrange a time with your local clinic to collect your dispensary items free of charge.
